Our virtual platform provides a safe and secure virtual medical consultation environment to providers and patients. We are the first nationwide virtual medical consultation system. We provide our physicians with the ability to communicate and consult with their patients by providing them with a HIPAA compliant, secure, low-bandwidth video consultation in the comfort of their homes.

The pharmacy wallet is a monthly amount members receive to cover the cost of prescription medications. It automatically deducts the cost of prescribed medication based on retail prices. We will be adding new features to this benefit soon.

After clinical treatment for a patient is completed, it is critical to follow up with the patient to ensure their long-term health and recovery. Our patient aftercare messages are automated notifications generated from our award-winning EHR system that monitor drug adherence and patient recovery, send reminders for follow ups, and more.

We have partnered with local pharmacies across the country so our members never have to worry about traveling to retail locations for their prescription medication. We use proprietary technology that allows us to automatically capture e-prescriptions for fulfillment by traditional pharmacies and work with delivery partners in each municipality.

HealthPass is a platform for millions of users, and we want to make sure the platform is always available as quickly as possible at the lowest cost. So, instead of keeping HealthPass on multiple platforms, we moved our healthcare services exclusively to WhatsApp. Members can rest assured knowing they have 24/7 access to our virtual concierge service and can receive notifications regarding consultations and after care without incurring unnecessary data costs.

Members receive increased value by rolling over unused benefits from the previous year to the next year cycle. Unused HealthPass benefits such as doctor consultations or prescription redemptions roll over to the next 12-month cycle.

Should any of your subscriptions be in arrears, plan members will be unable to claim any benefits until a payment is made

You will be notified in advance of any optional fees or surcharges that your beneficiary may request from you and you will have a choice in how these additional fees are collected.

If a HealthPass provider prescribes medication not covered by a member’s wallet balance Sila Health will fulfil the prescription and send the plan sponsor an invoice through their preferred communication channel

If a member loses the phone with their HealthPass plan, just send an email to hello@sila.health and we can send over the information they need to migrate their data.
