When do I receive my airtime?
An airtime voucher will be sent to your number within 24hrs after a badge level has been reached.
How much airtime can I receive?
Once you reach 2000 points you earn the “Community Health Champion” badge and airtime to the value of N100 or Ksh30. Amassing 6000 points or more will earn you the “Community Health Hero” badge and an additional N200 or Ksh60 in airtime.
Can I transfer my Health Points to another person?
No, that is not possible. Your Health Points are reflective of your own commitment to your personal health and can not be transferred for that reason.
Can I exchange my Health Points for cash?
No, Sila Health Points can not be redeemed for cash although airtime rewards can be used to transact wherever accepted.
Where can I spend my Health Points?
Your points give eligibility for rewards such as airtime, partner discounts and future health products. We will release a list of available partners in each location soon. Airtime rewards are currently available for users with Community Health Champion and Community Health Hero status in Nigeria and Kenya and rolling out to additional countries in 2021.
